When foreign policy is well-reasoned, we see attention given to humanitarian issues like housing, jobs, health care and education. When that policy consists of applying a military solution to a political problem, however, we see death, destruction, and suffering. Director Robert Greenwald witnessed the latter during his recent trip to Afghanistan--the devastating consequences of U.S. airstrikes on thousands of innocent civilians.

The footage you are about to see is poignant, heart-wrenching, and often a direct result of U.S. foreign policy.

When you are sad for loosing one of your own..the logical way to avenge the loss of a loved one would be to bring those responsible for his/her death to justice..not to kill or harm that person's relatives in angst. "The war" on terror singled out an entire religion and wrongfully accused it of propagating terror. This video only looks at the civilian casualties in terms of actually physically killing innocent civilians..but fails to examine the real dirt...like how many young women were raped by foreign troops..they were also casualties but of a different kind. War destroys on so many levels and is counter-intutative and useless
