When that policy consists of applying a military solution to a political problem, however, we see death, destruction, and suffering. Director Robert Greenwald witnessed the latter during his recent trip to Afghanistan--the devastating consequences of U.S. airstrikes on thousands of innocent civilians.

2009 Feb 21 US Special forces killed 27 civilians and wounded 12. The victims were all civilians. Two Land Cruisers and a pickup truck carrying a total of 42 people were attacked in Oruzgan Province.
