Hi! Yes green tea is good for you, but i have heard rooibos tea could work for some people too. :) And it taste amazing and there isnt caffeine in it. So it is good to drink before bed time. I love rooibos tea and you can never really make it too strong and it doesnt get bitter. So you cant really fail with it. And the smell is like aromatherapy :D I like rooibos with vanilla flavor most. And its sweet enuf for me even if i dont add any sugar nor anything else

When you said you put the green tea on your face, like you put the actual tea on your face or just the leaves? I'm half Chinese and I don't know what I'm doing haha. I have bad acne cysts on my cheeks, I had them for over a month now and they are not budging. I used products like Clearasil and ProAcne cream but they didn't help. So the leaves you use, or the actual tea? Thank you ^-^

u get spots from inside your skin not outside so it would be much better to drink green tea lol then put it on your face.. Obviously.. nd sorry but when you talk it is as thou you are going to cry. lol but good video.. and good for you.. you whitend your teeth so much it's like a bright light when you smile.. Hmmmm

@MrSlikz acne is treated BOTH internally and topically... if it was only treated from within why are there thousands of topical acne medications? Since green tea is an antiseptic, using it on the skin helps reduce the inflammation caused by the acne. And as for the rest of your comment... ummm... thanks! I guess I don't ever have to spend money on whitening since apparently my teeth are already very white, and all I do is brush my teeth :)

I drink at least 3 cups a day and when finished wipe the used bag over my face. I promise you will see results straight away. It gives you a nice complexion and shrinks the spots too.

hi just a thought when it work is it going to be a daily thing for ever? becasue eventually it would come back if u stop. i know my system when i run im clear and have no scars of acne but for whatever reason istop running for 3 months i break out badly in just a month. it happens so fast.

I don't like green tea alone either, so I will use a bag of spearmint tea as well .... I put both in a cup.. add hot water and a small squeeze of RAW honey to flavor ...steep ... and there you go!! Its great!! AND spearmint is also said to be beneficial for acne :))

Did you actually do a green tea facial? Or does that mean you just used the tea bags? Because if you did do the facial what product did you use?

Drink Matcha Green Tea. I took Accutane for 7 months and just got off it in the begining of September. I started drinking Matcha a week and a half ago and it has done amazing things! It is cleansing my body from the inside-out so right now I have a few pimples that I found on my body and only 1 on my face. Drink it. Its better than regular loose-tea-leaf green tea!
