50th Tibetan Womens Uprising Day

Tibetan Women in Dharamsala marked the 50th anniversary of the Tibetan Women's Uprising Day on March 12th. Prominet Tibetan women leaders and International Tibetan supporters participated in the event. On March 12th, 1959 Tibetan women gathered in front of the Potala palace and rose up against the Chinese government.
