"No actually we are third in line at about half past nine, but we are a bit earlier , because of traffic , it's also raining...

Nine o'clock sharp. This morning a seemingly endless line of buggy's and pushcarts enters the RAI
where 60.000 children and their parents from Amsterdam and surroundings are getting vaccinated against the H1N1 -influenza.All at this spot.Like other locations all over the country today and this week( The Netherlands)

"We thought about the best way we could handle this situation , but after looking at al the options this seemed to be the
best way to organize such a massive operation to vaccinate so many toddlers and their parents in such a short time span"
On the other hand when we have a fair or something else in the RAI , normally we handle far more visitors than we have here today"

-" For most children it's the first time getting a shot ,they are very little so some cry a little , some don't .
most kids handle it quit well , everything goes perfect!"

-"All these people have to get to the RAI today , how is public transportation in Amsterdam handling everything?"

"A few major companies concerned with public transportation have been alarmed to help out , because not only here in Amsterdam people are being vaccinated , but all over the country.No serious problems have occured , many parent have decided to leave their pushcart at home while using the tram and in The Hague some seats were removed from busses to make more room for those who did take their cart with them to the RAI and other places , so also in that aspect everything is going just fine"
