Miss a payment and they call you all day long when an e-mail or letter is more than enough. Again, this is harassment. A good way to get them back is to call their customer help line: 1-800-416-5229. Don't forget to dial *67 first to hide your identity. Call after hours to leave a message if you're bashful. Then place the phone under something annoying (I like the Rebecca Black Fridays song myself). Don't forget to hit '1' to send. Call as often as possible!

I work for Wells Fargo and we've come out with an exciting new fee you people will be happy to pay. Beginning 07/01/11, Wells Fargo will begin to assess an "underdraft fee" for qualifying accounts. If at any time the bank decides you are not overdrawing your account enough, we will assess a fee equal to your account balance, plus $10.00. This is because our executives are still using G-5's, which looks ridiculous when Chase execs are rolling (flying) in a G-6
