Why this guy has never received the acclaim his undoubted greatness deserves is a a mystery to me. He was undoubtedly one of the greatest singers of the 20th Century, his songwriting was second to none, he had charisma by the truckfull. He was just a once in a lifetime talent revered by his peers and fans alike.

Holy crap, what a song and a performer. He is very much missed.

Marty wrote this song for his wife, Marizona, while recovering from his first heart attack. They were a true love story. He sang it to her at every performance until his death. I admired and loved him dearly.

Lucky woman. ..
and how lucky are we to get to enjoy this 40 years later.
This proves what an absolutely great singer Marty was. He seems to write songs that will often test his vocal abilities to the full, but he handles them with ease.
It's ROBBINS by the way montreal.
