I'm surprised I'd never heard this song nor reference to this song. Enough of my beloved friends have killed themselves in my lifetime that I don't want to hear shit like this that makes death sound like a warm blanket... but this is still a beautiful song. I guess the original writer, Seress, understood despair pretty damn well.
