I was scanning today with my new police scanner out here in Los Angeles, and heard cops talk to each other over the radio during routine traffic stop, I heard the dispatch, telling the traffic cop what's the persons who was polled over or something, credit history looked like, if it had any collections.wether it was good or bad, I didn’t think that they were able pull peoples credit reports, are they able to do that, can they do that?
