Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership - Pepperdine University

Pepperdine Univerisity's Graduate School of Education and Psychology, Organizational Leadership concentration is designed to develop individuals who have the knowledge and capability to take on leadership roles in a variety of settings. It was created to provide an environment where educators can advance their leadership skills while sharing ideas and experiences with business and academic professionals. The program has applications to community colleges, liberal arts colleges, and comprehensive universities, as well as business and other organizations engaged in training and development, life-span learning, health care, and adult occupational education.
