Mom Pleads Not Guilty to 'Baby Grace' Murder

Attorneys hope to seat a jury Monday in the capital murder trial of a woman accused in the 2007 death of her toddler. Her 2-year-old daughter widely known as Baby Grace was found dead in a box in Galveston Bay, Texas. (Jan. 21)

we need the death penalty in all cases like this. you cant get any sicker than torturing and killing your own child. why should we waste our money keeping these monsters alive and well kept when they didnt even provide that to their own innocent child. if you dont play by the rules of society, then you forfeit all rights to live in them. an eye for an eye... throw them in jail and let everyone in there know what they did.

@amandadeann1 I couldn't agree more! I saw this story profiled on Discovery Id on Saturday 7/9/11. I was horrified! The mom and step dad had rules for a 2 year old? These evil monsters had the most unreasonable demands to ask a 2 year old to do! They were just a bunch of sadistic monsters! Both got life in prison without parole! The bitch even gave birth in prison because her stupid husband said the jury would go eary on her if she was pregnant! Can you spell STUPID and UNEDUCATED!

They did kill her they put her head in the bath so she couldn't breathe, held her by her hair and threw her across the room. They also were being plain mean to her.
