  • @kst7511 thanks! Playing some competitions/auditions in summertime, a live improvisation show at the MOCA in Cleveland in July.

  • This is extremely well done. You are quite good at lingering at appropriate points, and your faster speeds never sound like they are rushing (a trap I have seen others fall into repeatedly while playing this piece). I hope to be able to achieve your tone one day when I play piano.

  • @mirasuu Really appreciate the kind words, I'm glad you can appreciate the details in the music. My playing has grown a lot since this video, but no camera these days. Thanks!!

  • Thank you! A few other Etudes, and his Ballade no. 2. Love this piece, want to play Chasse neige from the trans. etude set next year.

  • I won't complain because (from personal experience) I know it is so incredibly difficult to play, and your lyric playing is very good... but the middle section needs more fire - needs to be more punctuated and sharp - otherwise there isn't enough contrast and some of the beauty is lost. On the whole, nice playing though

  • Wonderful !

    Thank you very much!

You have a phantastic technik and a very warm feeling.

  • Absolutely beautiful playing. One of my favorite pieces. I can't figure out why more people haven't found your site yet. Anything live coming up in the future????

  • Wonderful performance!! Would love it if you sent me some of your other vids.

  • I loved this performance. It was so beautiful.

  • You make the piano sing; that's why maybe so many people in youtube call a piece "a song"; and i think it's not a problem. Very good! What other Liszt can you play?
