I am aware your comment is over 4 years old, but even on the PS3 version, by using Enhantments (Transcendent Sigil Stones), being a breton, and selecting the Apprentice birthsign I had 800 magicka. With further min / maxing you could have an Altmer with 900+ constant magicka.

So i got the spell and i got it on PS3 and its alright i gess nut i got an even better spell its Summon Lich and the Xiable or whatever it is

@devour2point0 i used the spell he's so cool i call him a daedra lord too and not a demora lord

@rosavampire it isnt impossible to kill it its just a markynaz not a valkynaz and even they are killable

it took u 549 magicka to summon dat thing....how in the world did u manage to get over 500 magicka? i have that spell but i need mor magicka to summon it....plus my 1 only takes about 228 magicka or something...thas coz im on level 36 or sumthing

It was summoned using a Scroll, not the spell.
