Welcome to my own guide on how to properly repair rusted out wheel arches, and body panels and other NON structural or load bearing areas of any vehicle.
NOTE: UNDERBODY SEALANT WAS ON THE LIST TO PAINT THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE REPAIR (IF YOU CAN) TO PREVENT DIRT/MOISTURE FROM GETTING AT YOUR REPAIR FROM THE UNSEEN SIDE.
COAT INSIDE OF WHEEL ARCH RIMS WITH SEALANT WILL PREVENT AND MORE RUST OUTS.
MY PAINTING METHOD IS A QUICK JOB, AS THE REPAIR WAS JUST TO TIDY UP THE RUST HOLES, THE FILLING ANS SANDING METHOD WILL WORK IN ANYONES CASE.

@rongagain Well pal, this was my first body repair attempt. Its only a fiesta, AND 9 months later, the repair is still there AND no signs of rust making a comback on either side. its more for purpose than cosmetics. The rust was removed and any left there was treated with a rust killing compound.
