Jeez everyone's really overreacting here -_- Are you people too stupid to notice the date he uploaded this?? 17th July. That's two days after the film came out.
Obviously he can't get the real death of Snape as for one, that would be copyright, two, it's illegal, three, he can't film it in a cinema, and four, that's the best quality you can get for a bootleg. It's a picture of his death and for those of you who have seen his death stop whining. You know what happens >.>
