That's exactly how i make it only I add the shallots (or onion) to the melted butter and flour and I haven't added that chicken stock but I'm gonn!! nic touch. I'm flippin hungry now, off to make some mac-n-cheese!

Not the quickest/easiest way to make make and cheese (compared to that box stuff) But certainly looks delicious. You have a good voice for cooking shows.

My family has been using Velveeta in our mac and cheese since my childhood and I'm 50 years old. So it's not a new thing. Velveeta is FABULOUS!!!
