Yep, and look at them now. Going non-commission was what took the last bit of motivation to give a damn.
Don't get me wrong; I did everything to the plan, used the damn brochures and would go through 10 minutes of rebuttals, but you simply can't force broke hillbillies to spend $100 on a $350 eMachine that they won't ever use. Almost 1/3 of the staff (different each week) would be in almost every weekend. Obviously it wasn't the sales plan, but the employees!
Dead horse, stick, etc.

I used to work at CC also. The only difference was that I would actually sell the shit out of accessories and extended warranties, but it didn't matter. I got paid and treated the same as the no-selling no-caring retards who were smoking j's in the back of the warehouse.

I worked at Best Buy for 4 years and that line is absolutely true. They brought us in for extra "sales meetings" if "our numbers" were not high enough and those meetings were almost as bad as this guy.
