  • Hey Guys I made a routine out the pushups he had shown here do each Pushup type for 15 repetitions and rest each time your about to change the type of pushup you do

    For example

    15 Standard pushups

    rest 20 second

    15 side tap

    rest 20 sec

    15 staggerd

    etc

    It gives you a great burn

    pushups alone work your triceps indirectly, for a greater burn, try diamond pushups.
