http://www.BeSlimForHealth.TSFL.com My weight loss and fat loss continues. OK, ready for a math lesson? I just calculated how much fat I have actually lost - what a surprise I got! I started checking my fat % after 2 weeks on the program. I was 137 pounds and 31.5% fat, or 43.16 pounds of fat. Today I weighed 119 pounds with an adjusted fat % of 23%, or 27.37 pounds. That means that of the 18 pounds I have lost in the last 14 weeks 15.79 pounds of that was pure FAT. I'm sure I have lost some water, which means that I have lost very little, if any, muscle. :) Imagine pealing almost 16 pounds of butter off of your body! What's even more impressive to me is that this represents almost 37% of my total body fat. Granted, there's still a ways to go, but getting great results without having to suffer, makes it pretty fun.
