My question is this: Where are they getting the parts for the Flxibles? I thought they were like "hard to find" (either that or NIMCO keeps WMATA well stocked.)
I should get a video of our C40LFR's with whistling pipes. (I absoutely despise them because they are slow, noisy, and the transmissions are shot.)
