  • i have huge legs and thighs and i want to get rid of it, sice i have a very tiny body! and will this do it?

  • This will help shape your legs for sure but you may want to work on your body too so you are balancing all of your muscles. Try the Stomach Series workout as well.

  • I really want skinny legs... will this make them skinny? and on the first excersize, what if i can't kick my leg as high because im not very flexible?

  • It's okay if you can't kick your leg as high as the video, just kick as high as you can comfortably--you will still get the benefit :). These exercises will help make your legs leaner!

  • Hey there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got ripped 6 pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

  • u are really flexible...and its so easy for u to do it... its a lot of strain for me since im heavy on my hips and thighs :(
