Dean is attacked by a Djinn and is sent in to another world where he is in a relationship with Max but at the same time he is being haunted by the real Max who is in danger and trapped by the Djinn, Max is reaching out to Dean and even thogh Dean falls for Max and the life he now has. Dean chooses to go back to the real world where he saves the real Max and kills the Djinn, after he talks to her in the hospital but he realises he cannot have her and she isn't the Max he was in love with. Near the end he keeps seeing glances of Max and although he misses the world he was in and her, maybe he never lost her.
