6 month gastric bypass surgery update

It's a little late but this is my 6 month gastric bypass update. Please keep yourselves hydrated.....you don't want to get dehydrated and faint like I did!!!

i am very impressed with the change in you, i just found you today and have watched all the videos at once, its amazing to see, i want the sleeve surgery and was denied d/t investigational so i am appealing, will do the bypass if i have to but really feel, being a lightweight, that the sleeve is what i need, keep a good thought for me, thanks for sharing your journey with us, Jeani

I fainted twice. I still don't know why though. I wonder if it's because of hydration too. The first time i was actually in a clinic so i was checked and told it was as a result of the tooth i had just pulled. The second time i think was a result of the fact that i was working out hard, never ever took vitamins and also very few carbs. I've increased my calories and started taking vitamins. I'm glad you are feeling better.

Glad you are feeling better. Thanks for the head's up on staying hydrated....I too take it for granted. I need to do better, I do NOT want to faint.
