I made this video with several sets of audio clips that I saved over the course of about 6 months. My ex abused me verbally, emotionally, and physically. This video has strong language so be aware, If you are in an abusive relationship now is the time to leave. I hope this audio will help people understand the true nature of verbal abuse. I hope it will help someone get the strength to leave their abuser. Please let me know if you need any words of courage.

Im in almost the same situation,I shocks and scares me how much this sounds like my boyfriend.I feel worthless sad.He told me this morning some one else.would kill me if I did what I did to him.Wich was borrow 55 dollars off the debit card.I pay all our bills.a.d I.paurd hom back too

it's a gradual thing and the person in the situation doesn't realize how terrible it really is until they get away and see what life is really suppose to b about!

this sounds just like my ex-husband but I was an alcholic as well so it was super bad! 14 years!
