This is a video of my progress and results of porting a set of LS1 853 heads. Flow results showed the ported 853's were greatly improved and out flow'd the z06 243 heads.

  • my buddy got his ls6 heads to flow a 312 at 600 lift on his z06

  • @Ls3guy Awesome! Those are good results. Actually those are experienced porter results from a pair of 243's. Did you know thats what LS3 heads flow stock? amazing.

  • @AGearHead4Life actly the ls3 heads flow a 325 at a 600 lift

  • @Ls3guy Yea, I had read 315 somewhere. Setup and benches could very that much. Either way I think its pretty amazing. Especially when you compare it to the old 350 and LT1 stuff.

  • @AGearHead4Life and the ls motor can take more power thrown at it then lt1

  • @Ls3guy Oh yes, way more. Its incredible. Beautiful new generation motor.
