@Clamanath You mean the father on the left in the in the lower right section of the video? Nope, that's Frank Oz, according to muppetfan33 who posted down below.
I also think that the kid in the lower left corner is done by Jerry Nelson, because his voice sounds similar to that of Kermit's nephew, Robin.
Can anyone tell me who does the "Fat Blue" muppet in the upper left? The singing voice sounds similar to "Fat Blue/Mr. Johnson" who appeared with Grover in those well-known restaurant skits.

Beats the heck out of that "Doing the Family Thing" song they play on Sesame Street now; the examples here are more vivid and the lyrics are more memorable. David's frustration in this clip is icing on the cake, too...five stars!
