@Tigerpaws9097826 An all too familiar story in America. But Jones set his downfall in motion when he married a girl that had a mom 15 years younger than he was. You can marry a girl 40 years younger than you are-but only if the girl's mother is dead or permanently out of the picture. Jones' life with Terri (Jones) had all the intrigue of a soap opera.

@faffaflunkie That's an unfortunate story regarding Arthur Jones - both for him personally, and the former clients of the many Nautilus clubs that once existed. I've wondered from time to time why they disappeared; guess this explains it.

@jamieA1A Jones' story got downright tragic when he sold his company (Nautilus Sports Medical Industries) to an embezzler who made the down payment with stolen money and then turned around and sued Jones when he tried to collect the balance. Jones basically got swindled out of his own company by a crook who was a pro.

@jamieA1A He couldn't handle the mom. Terri (Jones) her Mom, crooks he (Arthur Jones) knew who took advantage of him and the I.R.S. all conspired to wreck his life.

I knew him. He was just a hard working no bull shit type of guy. One of my uncles partnered with him in Colombia trapping animals and making films for a while. I once asked him when he was going to write his book and he laughed and said he would have to leave the planet after it was published.

jones was a genuis and what a highly evolved being.......his take on the media is dead-on. If he could only see it now. den of vipers.
