Read it. Done it before I ever heard of Ayn Rand. I like the Fountainhead more than Atlas Shrugged however.

Jones apparently never read Ayn Rand as I understand it. Maybe later in life, but not at least by the time Mike Mentzer was working with him in the 1980's and Mike had asked him about it.

Ayn Rand is not the only person to have rejected "God' on the grounds of logic. Neither the first nor the last. Her interpretation of the three Axioms is the first I have heard using them however.

I knew him. He was just a hard working no bull shit type of guy. One of my uncles partnered with him in Colombia trapping animals and making films for a while. I once asked him when he was going to write his book and he laughed and said he would have to leave the planet after it was published.
