I'm still getting different answers to post workout food.. Can I eat whole wheat bread with my protein shake? How many whole wheat bread can I eat? can I also eat oatmeal and put a dash of protein powder?

Gross. word of advice. Keep your cat off your kitchen surfaces and wash your hands after petting it. Think about it you prepare food on your counters, your cat uses a litter box and I doubt that it doesn't wash its paws! Prevent the transfer of e-coli that can cause serious bowel eruptions.

Hi. Thank you for your comments. You're right. Cleanliness when preparing food is very important. However, this was a video about grocery shopping and not preparing food. You have no idea how often I wash my hands or scrub my counter top..certainly not enough to comment about it. And that wasn't even the counter where I prepare my foods. Please keep the comments positive and stick to what's in the video. Thanks! Have a good one. : )

Just a few things I needed at the store (not a full grocery shopping trip).
Plus the seafood guy told me to shut off my camera. : )
This video was for fun and to illustrate some of the foods I eat on a regular basis.
