Are you French of Italian :D :)

your english is fine :)
so you add the yogurt to warm milk ... then let it ferment for 10-12 hours at room temperature ... and depending on the room temperature, you may have to leave it longer that 10-12 hours for it to ferment ... is that correct? ... maybe 24 hours or even more?
thank you
:)

hello, I'm a little confused, you say at 4:10 "we need to let it cool down a while" which seems to be 20 seconds later ... is that correct, to add the yogurt while it's still very hot?
thanks
:)

Ah,my pronunciation.....
We need to wait about 20 minutes or so (it depends) to cool down and than to add the yogurt. Milk can not be hot.
I hope this answered your concern.

You are welcome. And it is much healthier (with no preservatives and other chemicals) than from the store.
