How to make a korean stir fry fusion dish with James and Emily (USA). We love Korea!!

RECIPE:
1 package of korean noodles (can be found at your local korean market (e.g. H Mart)
4 carrots
8 oz button white mushrooms
8 oz bella brown mushrooms
1 dozen hard-boiled quail eggs
4 oz roasted/fried seaweed
2 oz toasted sesame seeds
8 oz beef stew meat cut into half inch pieces
1 medium white onion chopped finely
4 cloves garlic finely minced
2 oz truffle oil (or any oil of choice)
2-4 oz of freshly cut chives
3 rambutans as a side
4 oz of beef broth

HOW TO:
1). Hard-boil a dozen quail eggs.

2). Heat 8 oz of beef stew meat cut into half inch pieces over low-medium heat in a skillet. Add 1 oz of truffle oil, 2 cloves of garlic finely minced, onion, and 2 oz of beef broth. Stir constantly until 10 minutes then add a handful of roasted seaweed. Stir fry for 1-2 more minutes. Serve separately immediately.

3). Heat water until it boils then add 1 package of korean noodles.

4). Heat 8 oz of both button white mushrooms and bella brown mushrooms cut into thin pieces over low-medium heat in a skillet. Add 1 oz of truffle oil, 2 oz of beef broth, 2 cloves of garlic finely minced and onion. Stir constantly until 10 minutes. Then add a handful of roasted seaweed and add 2 oz of freshly cut chives. Stir fry for 1-2 more minutes. Then pour into the pot the of boiling noodles.

5). Drain pot of noodles/vegetables. Serve on long plate, with sesame seeds decoratively sprinkled on top, roasted seaweed sprinkled in the middle, place a dozen hard-boiled quail eggs on the sides of the plate, 3 or more rambutans on a separate plate, fresh white rice and stir fried beef from earlier on the separate plates. Enjoy! :D
