September 26, 2009. The wall that separates UERM from the river eventually collapsed. There were patients at the ER, cafeteria, interns quarters, parking lot who got caught by the surge of water coming from the river. that was the longest 10 seconds of my friend's life she witnessed. They got trapped inside the hospital. Keep the patients and people secured and safe and wait for the flood to subside at the same time.. No food, water, electricity and landline access.. It was the longest duty their lives...

  • @harley55100 we care, and actually we are fully aware of our plight. but it's in our filipino culture to do nothing and instead complain about each other. before, i was the person who only caters to my self-interest. I've changed, but fellow filipinos see me now as "uto-uto" or sucker!!

  • You know, I was in the Philippines about 15 years ago and the first thing I noticed as I was walking down the streets of M.M. were the trash thrown everywhere on the streets. It's no wonder that a flood of this magnitude was destined to happen someday.

Don't you Filipinos care about your country??

And please don't blame the government for this calamity because it's you people who don't have the common decency to throw your trash right where they belong - in the garbage cans..

  • @cadentavaricegrtrj FLAG THIS SHIT
