@LaraCroftDiary They were the new owners because the dog went aggro on kids at the previous home; they did try to corral the dog, but it got out; and they live out in the sticks, so Animal Control wasn't going to make it out in anything like a timely fashion. Shooting the dog was the lesser of two evils; dicking around until it finally seriously hurt one of the other people and pets present would have been irresponsible of them.

Guys, on TJ's out of game Tumblr she talks about how the dog was going crazy and biting a lot of people and following them around the house. TJ was worried about Dahlia and they called both the police and the kennel, both of which weren't going to come down since they live in the forest or something.
In the last video, they didn't kill the dog. The guy who was shooting it missed three times, so they had someone do it later when they weren't recording. It took one shot and it killed the dog ins
