  • Enjoy while you can, all of The Time videos are being removed by Prince/NPG, just like he removed all of his videos, What a coincidence they perform with Rihanna on the Grammy's Feb 10th

  • Yeah oh well...

  • Right on,@JellyBean2144 They're the coolest band on the planet, sho' nuff !!

  • Attention all Time/Funk fans the Time is BACK! Morris Day, Jimmy Jam, Terry Lewis, Jessie Johnson, Monte Moir, Jellybean Johnson & Jerome "HypeMan" Benton, are BACK! But they are now called The Original 7ven!

  • @JellyBean2144. They definitely rank up there.

  • @ritter89 Not so. Morris was clean during this period. It was actually when he did the "Color Of Success" album when Morris had his run-in with cocaine. Get your facts straight.

  • @Chele1982 LOL!!!

  • @NuDelic it's not prince doing it, it's Warner Records because they own all the music from Prince's "Controversy-Diamonds And Pearls" era and anybody associated with him at that time. don't be confused

  • Morris was high off his ass on crack during this period. He was the id to Prince's enormous ego and brought a refrenshing sense of humor to an otherwise humorless set (the cast of Purple Rain). Yes, Prince wrote the majority of the songs, arranged them and played most of the instruments. It's true that Morris and the boys were brought in merely to add vocals, etc. However, The Time had buckets of talent than remained untapped due to Prince's obsessive need for control.

  • (8.55) Early in the mornin' girl you make me hot, you shake it at the stove, I like what you got!!! SALTED!!!

    Absolute quality!!! The muthafuckin' Time!!!!

  • I dont think I have ever heard Morris sing better - and I have been seeing the Time live since 1982

  • Prince is fu**in gay for removing these videos! He gets on my damn nerves!!!!
