it would seem sensible to me, that over untold time, this plant and man have grown together, why then should we give dominion to some pharmaceutics company's & its "share holders" to take and serve what suites this quarters revenue stream , and not the age old union of plant & man.

Drug users, they are every where in the UK, from village to city has users & dealers, I have never known a grass user to mug someone for money to purchase grass, ( heroine aside) I have never met a grass user to start a fight, in a pub or in there home,  ( heroine aside), I have never heard of an old lady broken in to or stolen from for a grass user to purchase grass, ( heroine aside), I have known lots of people who stopped grass in later yrs with ease. ( heroine aside).

I am against drug use but someone using doesn't harm me unless they get in the car & cause an accident. Don't regulate the drug. Regulate the action,causing an accident while using drugs. Take alcohol for example. It's legal to drink (drinking doesn't harm others)

It is illegal to drink & drive (that does harm others) Drugs should be treated the same way.

Guns are the same. They are simply an object that can be used responsibly or irresponsibly.

Regulate behavior that hurts others,not objects

@fuelban What about guns? If someone kills another person,arrest them & charge them with murder. The method used to kill doesn't make a difference. What I am saying is, you can't & shouldn't regulate things. Allow people to do & have whatever they want but if they injure others they should be held accountable. Nobodys gun hurts me unless that person shoots me. It isn't the gun thats the problem. Basically, allow people to do what ever they want as long as they don't hurt others

@fuelban I see people all the time getting arrested for theft or fraud to get money for cannabis. As far as drugs go, it's less destructive than most, alcohol included but it is far from harmless. I don't think it should be illegal simply because it isn't the govs job to regulate peoples actions that don't hurt others. It doesn't become the govs issue until someone harms someone else. Like causing a car accident, neglecting their children or theft.

Pot is the cure for almost everything, tho its not for everyone. And more then half the world smokes marijuana and they are almost always going to weather they make it legal or not. We the people want cannabis in our life, we need it, our body's are equipped for thc.... Don't forget to medicate!
