The name of the music is "Arthas Betrayal" and is one of the a call to arms.

@Kukekaos It's part of the "Cinematic Suite" in the Warcraft 3 Soundtrack. That track is quite long since it contains most (if not all) the music accompanying the game's cinematics (thought i'd mention this: THEY'RE THE MOST AWESOME CIN- Wait a minute, I shouldn't be stating the obvious. Silly me!)

@Kocke95 I don't think it technically has a name, but Arthas' Betrayal is commonly used when referring to this part of the soundtrack, yes.
