Womens Self-Help Group in Kalitola, Bangladesh

Bangladesh Nazarene Mission (BNM) assists over 200 womens self-help groups.

Program Director, Milon Patwray explains in this video the purpose and goals of self-help groups. Assisting women escape the bondage of poverty while encouraging micro-economic development is essential in reaching ladies for
Christ in South Asia.

While we met with this group, their children where meeting in the Kalitola CDC. BNM is leading the charge with programs for reaching children and women.

Even though Hindu, these women committed to pray for David Argabright on the 800 mile bicycle ride beginning May 10, 2010. The ride is a fundraiser for new CDCs in South Asia. They said "we must pray as this man is helping our children". See www.compassion575.com for more information.
