I'm new to this, how do you change your view to showing only perspective, instead of x y z and perspective?

Lhe last icon on the lower right corner of the window, a couple of squares one on top of the other with an arrow crosing, that one changes the window from one to 4 viewports

I dont know, i havent used that. just 3dmax, a bit of Sketchup and im trying Blender now.
