what do they fell like? do thay fell like skin or like really small hair?

@mecantname They feel like suede. It kind of depends on just how much hair they have. Some have no hair at all and feel like skin. Some (ours) have a really fine coat of tiny hairs and feel velvety and warm. Once you touch one, it is hard to stop.

I was wondering if you use specific shampoo for hairless cats. Could you also use moisturizures or sun block so they could go outdoors from time to time?

We use regular no-tears baby shampoo (and careful not to get it in their eyes). If their skin gets dry, we do put lotion on them (like Lubriderm or Eucerin). I haven't sunscreened them because ours are strictly indoors. I suppose you could, although I know some breeders who let theirs out in fenced yards or runs and don't really bother with sunscreen. They are just careful about how long they go out.

Amazing creatures - but I am amazed they have such short whiskers cause usually cats have long whiskers to stop them getting trapped in places - the whiskers act as a guide for where they can fit through - well that's how I understood it anyway.
