Seriously, did someone try to knock you all for making a song that made the big 10 fun for kids (ok I liked it too, it made me smile big!)... That is so wrong. Also, I know exactly what "truly I tell you, they have recieved their reward" comes from. spehizle, you look like a hypocrite right about now. Oh yes you do. Shalom gdashdcast---- I will be saving this video for my son :)

The first commandment "thou shalt not have any gods before me" is a direct violation of the First Amendment to the American constitution guaranteeing freedom of religion.
“Christianity neither is, nor ever was, part of the common law”
~ Thomas Jefferson

@spehizle Even though you say, "thou shall not kill" is a "mistranslation", isn't "thou shall not do murder" pretty much the same thing?
-
@spehizle I dare say what I said because you made a big deal of your good deeds all the while you were bashing people who find a reason to do good to others. The 10 commandments offer morals, whether you like it or not. It seems like you just hate religion and want to bash people who believe. I keep torah and believe in the Messiah, I am not a christian but I dont go around bashing them. People see right through your abusive facade. You say you care so much but you are blowing up a page w/ hate

@spehizle Yes. I think this world is NOTworth living for, & I dont belive we pop into heaven after we die either. In the world, people r worth more. It bothers me that if u dont believe in the 10 commandments that u go 2 a song about them & just bash away. It makes no sense, u talk about giving back yet you go & harass people unprovoked. Your good will & "good deeds" r hollow & hypocritical to me. There r people with no homeless shelters, Im grateful -u just dont know me & want 2 fight.

@mrskittkitt This world is not worth living for? Then why are we here? Are you implying that I don't know anything about suffering? That I don't know what it's like to be out there on the edge? How DARE you. I've seen more of that life than I ever care to remember, and now I volunteer in a shelter to give back. What is existence to you? One big final exam to get into heaven? Then why aren't we there now? Sorry, but you don't have a monopoly on suffering in this world. Get over yourself.

@spehizle hmmm, maybe if you didnt just work in a shelter but LIVED in one before you would understand that realising this world is all you have is a worthhless pit devoid of hope. Maybe then you'd know why I say that, eh? I spent a long time homeless, and I have to tell you, this world is NOT worth living for. ELOHIM is! I see you picking people apart, you are quite opinionated. You bash and bless. Opion doesnt defeat reality. I lived on the other side of your clip board at the shelter. Shalom.

Not to mention that you got #5 wrong. It is not "thou shall not kill." That is a mistranslation. It is "thou shall not do murder." I thoroughly encourage researching and learning about your own faith and beliefs before you stand up on your soapbox on your corner. I'm pretty sure someone pretty important in your faith was against evangelism and public preaching. Something about "truly I tell you, they have received their reward?" This is insipid and insulting, and belongs on public access.

@spehizle We're sorry to let you down. Turns out you can't do careful bibilical exegesis in 2:25 but you can try to get people interested in learning at least a place to start. We would love to see your songwriting chops, perhaps we can hire you next time!
