i have an intel i7 for my main computer but this will be great for a nas as it doesn't even need a single fan and will idle at 20watts and load at 3o-35w and it still provides all the power needed

@imeandmyself07 My C7-D 1.6ghz uses 2 watt at idle and 20 watts at max stress. That's about the same as 1 Lamp. I bought a 90watt Picopsu for it so now I can use a 12 volt cellphone adapter instead of a 200watt power supply which means my sistem is now FANLESS and heat is at the plug. Combine that and the ability to use USB to boot into a live Linux distro without using any HDD (which needs another 5-10 watt) I could run this PC on a 20min 600watt UPS for over 12 hours without energy!

Power saver my ass bitch! Most processors can be tweaked to use less power anyway. It just needs to come with the right BIOS.
