Agie - for solo laptop performer

Agie is a solo incarnation of Agnes - one of the four sonic/visual characters in my multi-
media chamber work Fred, Victoria, Bruce, and Agnes - LIVE. In this work, the performer
brings Agnes to life via a text-command based virtual instrument (a software program
similar to that used in Two Pieces for Solo Laptop). Through this instrument, the
performer controls a small choir of Agies - a virtual set of sextuplets to be projected for
the audience. If internet is available, the instrument can be played by two performers
simultaneously (each performer manipulating the other's instrument remotely).
