  • @cimatube I think its been squeezed to 14:9 rather than 4:3 but I definitely agree with you. Quite distracting. My suggestion would be to dl this using one of those online youtube dl'ing tools and watch in a media player that lets you adjust the aspect ratio.

    Antony Sher is amazing.

  • Why has a widescreen image been squeezed into a standard 4:3 image? It's distorted. When will people figure out what they are doing with video? I simply cannot understand how one could possibly not notice that the image is completely distorted.

  • @moonweed2003 Also of note, he was involved in a car crash AFTER he wrote "Crash".

  • @moonweed2003 Much of his fiction involves a crash somewhere. In Crash the Narrator is convalescing from a car crash, in Super Cannes, Paul Sinclair, the narrator has survived a plane crash and is just beginning to recover from it. I think that comes from an event which really took place for him. 'Either that or the sudden death of his wife from pneumonia.

  • Ballard also wrote crash ... was he involved in a car accident ?

  • t's a modern day drama, that like so many others , is not looked out for by insurance companies or mental health professionals - but beleive me , and I've been down that road , is 100%real !

  • I think this opens a new dossier on what happens to people who have a car accident, probably not their fault, and then find their wife/ partener has walked out on them .

  • Oh, I love this! And it is so seductively subversive -- how dare he not be able to leave his house when the rest of us do!!

Even the rules seem funny, like defending from invaders! I hope the rest is as good as the first few minutes.

  • Thanks a lot for this upload, I watched this movie a long time ago and I never found it again so thanks this is a masterpeace !
