The love that you have for your mother, isn't the love that you have for your girlfriend. And yes, the Bible does talk more about love, but the most Christians don't feel it. As a former Christian myself, you really feel the true love for religion once you embrace Islam. Qu'ran teaches the way of life, and the rest comes naturally... think about that.....

Quran has less love quotations than bible coz it contains: 1- Social rules & judgements. 2- Financial rules & judgements. 3- Political rules & judgements. 4- Philosophical rules & judgements. 5- Peace & war rules & judgements. 6- Scientific theories. 7- Stories about prophets. 8- Description of heaven & its people. 9- Description of hell & its people. 10- Mentioniting of Allah's qualities. As well as sky, earth & everything in between & many, MANY other things. So, Quran is not a love

Love of Prophets and love of Allah are two different things.

We show love to the Prophets by obeying them and,as Muslims,we are told to love people on the bases of their righteousness and who can be more righteous than a Prophet?

Though some people overdo their love for Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) I must admit.

We must stay away from shirk and idolizing Prophets as anything near divine as the Christians have done with Isa (Peace Be Upon Him).
