  • Hey Lee, this is kind of off topic to the video but I read your article about body shaving and I shaved my legs but when the hair grew back I got a lot of ingrown hairs on my thighs and they left dark marks can you please give me some tips on how to get rid of these I cant do laser treatment or anything. Thanks!

    If I ever get ingrown hairs I pluck them with tweezers.

  • @leehayward Lee can you build mass with just bodyweight workouts alone doing high reps?

    You can make gains with body weight moves. But eventually you'll plateau and need to follow a more intense training routine with weight training. Bottom line, everything works, but nothing works forever. So when you plateau with your current routine, it's time to change things up.

    i been working out on and off for few years but its 5 months ago that i got serious about it and i don't really see much improvement in strength.

  • I work my legs once a week, while I work my upper and lower body twice a week.

  • This does absolutely nothing for leg size. What the hell.

  • Working out at home, I barely train my legs (which probably explains why I have such sparrow stalks =P). Thing is, most of the leg exercises I knew required gym equipment, and the ones that didn't weren't very effective so far. But thanks to you, thats hopefully about to change =)
