actually, if you havent found out by now its probily just flooded. When they flood they loose compression. Pull the plugs and dechoke

no doubt, it hardly even sounds like yer rotors are spinning, take the plugs out and listen for the plop plop plop noise as you crank the engine by hand. if you don't get anything yer gonna have to tear that bad boy down.
