You may or may not be a Twilight addict but whether you are or not doesn't change the fact that this song is gorgeous!! A Thousand Years is from the latest Twilight movie (Breaking Dawn) and plays at the wedding we have all been waiting for between Bella and Edward :) Christina Perri blew me away with this beautiful song and when I heard it the first time, it stuck. It has a certain feel to it that made us want to take footage outside and so after laying down acoustic & electric guitar tracks along with vocals in the studio, we went out into one of Edmonton's beautiful riverside parks 'Sir Wilfred Laurier Park' to film the video. It's December in Edmonton so of course we have snow and I think the scenery really suits the song. I still love this cover Dani! I am sort of going through my own little love drama. I've been spending a lot of time with a girl I fell in love with at 22. I am now 45. I've been carrying a flame for her for all these years. We've effectively become friends and that's OK. I'd rather have her friendship again than nothing at all. Hearing your wonderful voice sing this wonderful song really takes me away though...;-)
