  • I don't understand your question? I don't see you trying to ignite the gas?? It's not going to ignite by itself!! Put a flame to that gas. You might need to slow down the speed of the gas, or use a special nozzle.

  • I tried to ignite the gas but i can't get a flame. i dont know if im doing it right. (Sorry for my english)

  • LISTEN: U NEED TO KEEP A CONSTANT VACUME A BLOWER NOT A DRILL.

FILL TO WITH IN 6-8 IN FROM THE TOP WITH DRY WOOD.

LIGHT FROM THE BOTTOM AND THEN PLACE A COVER ON THE TOP.

  • everyone elses coments are right on track i think . but i do also believe your flame tube should be narrower and your filtering is terrible. better filtering should help and if yer gonna rebuild the filter i sugest getting a cooling system worked out aswell.

cooler gas = dencer gas dence is good is your char can insulated? should be needs alot of heat to gasify if not easy way to do so would be to burry the thing

  • ???

You want the gas to light?

You need to remove the moisture from the gas! There's water in the fumes. On rocket stoves they say the left over fume is moisture, water, in the exhaust. Water is dripping from the system.

  • if i had to guess, your getting too much air through the top...

try filling the whole thing with wood... maybe that would help?

  • Oncew the heart is burning you must stuff the gasifier with wood chips and close the top cover completely. No air should get in from the top. Then ignite the gas with a lighter.
