i don;t exactly if this is true... sometimes i say in my mind that im getting fat but eating all the sweets and many food... but then there are times that i think/ say in my mind that by eating all the sweets i get thinner and i actually do get thinner!!!
btw i dont do exercise just dancing ... but yeah when i see myself geting fat i say that to my mind and i get thinner haha i love this! i think the mind controls the fat!!

if u except ur body 4 what it is, the weight will drop off quick, the foods u craved cuz u were fat, u wont have any desire 4 them at all
