i was learning from Dr. Carr at Ohio State as an 18 yr. old freshman back in autumn of '89... "kicks of knowledge" we called it back then.. the backdrop was P.E., Native Tongues, BDP, X-Clan.. even N.W.A. and LL... the THIRST for knowledge was indescribable then.. now... man... I just appreciate the fact he is still holding it down.. much love and respect!!!
