In this complex scenario, the player needs to master several tasks at once: The inhabitants of the city must be brought to safety before too many of them are exposed to radiation. Firefighters with protective equipment must decontaminate radiation victims in a special vehicle. In the course of the mission, the player must handle a second emergency as well: Down by the docks, a truck driver panics, knocks down two workers, and smashes into a factory. Fires erupt everywhere. The Emergency incident commander must see to it that all blazes are contained, and the injured receive medical help.

@EmergencyPlanet Radioactive steam, thats the best the game disigners could come up with. geez, I was just thinking about that if the cooling tower colapsed, the main nuclear core could go critical, causing a complete meltdown if not dealt with. and how in the hell are emergancy workers supposed to stop radioactive steam.
