How to convert Wireless Mouse to use Li-ion Battery

How to convert wireless mouse to work on Li-ion (Li-pol) battery instead of standard AA battery (batteries). Mouse can charge from USB port (it has a built-in charger with MAX1555 IC) and DC-DC converter (MC34063) which converts 3.7V from Li-ion battery to 1.2V needed by the mouse.

hm, charging with usb, cool idea :)

I assembled switch and diode on wireless house phone so batteries don't run out in one day, if phone is lying on sofa for exp, connection is about 2-3sec (i have 2 phones) x)

Amazing, but horrible choice of battery, Li-Po has a horrible issue with exploding easly, Li-on dosent
